- I have been making soap for about 20 years. I love how there are tips for each type (cold and hot process, liquid and melt and pour) of soap. I can't wait to make the liquid soap which I have not done before. The book includes step-by-step instructions, nice scent blend ideas and helpful pictures.

- I absolutely love this book!. I've been making all natural soap for over a year and have bought many soap books and I absolutely love it. She gives all the knowledge, tips, techniques, and recipes needed for a beginner to novice soaper. All the pictures are so colorful, I just wish there would be a picture for each soap recipe on its recipe page. I can't wait to begin trying the soap recipes and new techniques.
- Good book with great advice and recipes. My only complaint is that it was shipped in thin bubble wrap mailer and book received has some damage.
- Due to an unfortunately timed arm injury, I cannot soap at this time, so I’ve been soaping vicariously by slowly savoring this book. The recipes sound delicious and Amanda gives great tips in addition to providing safety information, recipes, resources and sharing her wealth of knowledge. My only disappointment in this book comes from the lack of photos. The ones provided are beautiful and inspiring so I’m left craving more of them. I can’t wait till my elbow is functioning properly again so I can give these a try!
- I’ve been making soap awhile and I love a book that I actually learned new and easier ways to do things. The photos were very nice. Easy read.
- I purchased this as I have not been making soaps long. I find it very easy to read and it provides a lot of great information. Will definitely keep in my reference library.
- Great book for experienced or beginners. I was looking for recipes with natural colorants, vegan, and no palm for cold and hot processed soaps. Would have preferred pictures of soap closer to recipes but not a rule out for purchase of book.
